RYAN BUDGET SCREWS the MIDDLE CLASS, STUDENTS, SENIORS & WOMEN

DANGER WARNING

Rep. Paul Ryan—the Republicans’ self-appointed policy maker—is out with a new plan to cut Head Start, Medicaid, food stamps, low-income housing, energy assistance, job training, education, veterans programs, and... well, just about everything. The Ryan budget would:

      Raise taxes on middle class families by $2,000

      End the Medicare guarantee and turn Medicare into a voucher program

      Cost our economy 1.1 million jobs next year alone

     45,109 Millionaires would get an $87,000 tax break

     358,862 seniors would pay more for medicine by bringing back the prescription drug donut hole

     51,350 college students would not get Pell Grants

     1,315 domestic violence victims lose access to STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN  PRGM    

     21,140 children would lose access to Head Start

More problems?? Yup. The economists whose data Ryan is using to justify these cuts say that Ryan’s misrepresenting their work, so it can't even do what he think it will.

Ryan cherry-picked data from various academic and governmental studies to create his numbers and the economists whose work he’s misrepresenting aren't happy about it.

Simply put: Paul Ryan is pulling a fast and furious--threatening to hold Americans hostage.. again.
